These Terms of Service explain the rules for using APKMuse (apkmuse.com). By opening or using this website, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. We have written these terms in plain words on purpose, so every reader can understand them.
What APKMuse Is
APKMuse is an independent informational website. We publish guides, reviews, comparisons and safety analysis about Android apps and games. Our goal is to help you understand what an app does, what its risks are, and what your safe options are, before you install anything.
APKMuse is not an app store. We do not develop the apps we write about, and we are not part of Google, the Google Play Store, or any app developer or publisher.
Informational Purpose Only
All content on APKMuse is for general information only. App details such as versions, sizes, prices and features change often, sometimes without notice. We research every guide against real sources and correct errors when we find them, but we cannot promise that every detail is complete, current or free of error at the moment you read it. Always check the app’s official listing before you make a decision, and use our content as one input, not as the only one.
Nothing on this site is professional advice of any kind, including legal, financial or security advice. For decisions that matter, speak to a qualified professional.
We Do Not Host App Files
APKMuse does not host APK files or any other app files on its servers. Our pages may describe apps and may refer you to official sources, such as the developer’s website or the Google Play Store. If you download software from any third party source, you do so at your own risk. We strongly advise you to:
- Use official sources wherever possible.
- Scan every file with trusted security software before installing it.
- Read our safety analysis in each guide before you decide.
We are not responsible for files, software or services provided by third parties, or for any loss or damage that follows from installing or using them.
A Note on Modified Apps
Some of our guides discuss modified (MOD) versions of apps, because readers search for honest information about them. Covering a MOD app in a guide is not a recommendation to use it. Our guides explain the risks, which can include malware, account bans by the app’s developer, broken updates and the loss of your data. Modified apps may also violate the terms of the original app and the rights of its maker. The decision to use any software is yours, and so is the responsibility.
Acceptable Use
When you use APKMuse, you agree that you will not:
- Use the site for any unlawful purpose.
- Post comments that are spam, advertising, abusive, misleading or unlawful.
- Try to break, overload or gain unauthorized access to the site or its systems.
- Copy large parts of the site automatically (scraping) in a way that harms the site.
- Impersonate APKMuse, our team or any other person.
We may remove comments and block access that breaks these rules, without notice.
Intellectual Property
The text, design and original images on APKMuse belong to APKMuse or are used with permission. You may read, share and link to our pages freely. You may quote short parts of our content with a clear credit and a link back to the page. You may not republish full articles or sell our content without our written permission.
App names, logos and screenshots belong to their respective owners. We use them only to identify and review the apps, which is a standard editorial practice. Their presence on APKMuse does not mean the owners endorse us, and our reviews do not mean we endorse them.
Your Comments
If you post a comment, you keep your rights in what you wrote, but you give APKMuse a free, worldwide licence to show it on the site, and to edit or remove it if it breaks these terms or the law. You are responsible for what you post. Do not post personal information about yourself or anyone else in comments.
Advertising
APKMuse may show advertising, including Google AdSense ads, to keep the site free. An ad on this site is not an endorsement by APKMuse of the product or service shown. We do not let advertisers decide what our guides say.
Links to Other Websites
Our pages may link to external websites for reference. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, safety or privacy practices. Visiting an external site is at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability
APKMuse is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. Age Notice
